Mr. Kruchten formed KLF in 2003. Prior to forming KLF he practiced with Vega, Brown, Stanley & Burke, P.A. KLF was founded with the principles of responsive advocacy coupled with financial understanding.
At KLF, Mr. Kruchten focuses his attention primarily on real property related transactions and connecting investors with both traditional and structured financing.
Other areas of practice include: Banking regulatory compliance, financing, work-outs, foreclosures and internal operations; Condominium formation, conversions, turnovers and management; Hotel operations; Company, partnership and corporate entity formations and ongoing operations; contract negotiation and formation; buyouts; title insurance issuance; wills and trusts; civil litigation.
