Congratulations to Michael Kiselica on his installation as President of the Rhode Island Association for Justice for 2022 – 2023.
The Rhode Island Association for Justice is the state affiliate of the American Association for Justice and is Rhode Island’s largest organization of lawyers representing injured persons and their families.
The goals of the Association include:
- Preservation of the right to trial by jury.
- Standing up against efforts by large, wealthy corporations and insurance companies to limit the rights of injured persons to just compensation through deceptive legislative tactics such as “tort reform”, “frivolous litigation”, or “lawsuit abuse.”
- Educating the public on the important role of the civil justice system in society today.
- Providing the highest quality continuing education to trial attorneys.
In his first address to the Association, Michael pledged he would work tirelessly to ensure Rhode Island attorneys have the resources and educational opportunities to maintain their position among the nation’s elite trial lawyers.
