How long do I have to file a Rhode Island brain injury case?

Return to Videos

Transcript:

In Rhode Island, you have three years to file your brain injury case. That’s called the statute of limitations. There are some exceptions to that, if the injured person is under the age of 18 the statute of limitations does not begin to run until their 18th birthday, so they have until age 21.
