Should I take any photographs if I was injured in a slip and fall?

Return to Videos

Transcript:

When you are injured in a slip and fall, you should take photographs. Or, if you can’t do it, have someone with you take photographs of the general area as well as the specific condition that caused you to fall down. This will be important evidence to have later on. It is often the defense that the condition never existed in the first place, and your photographs would be the most important evidence.
