When a motorcycle operator or passenger is injured or killed in Rhode Island the responsible parties would include the person who operated the other motor vehicle, the owner or that vehicle, and if the person driving it was in their employment at the time of the accident, it would also include their employer. Also, if the person was intoxicated at the time of the accident, you may be able to sue the bar or restaurant where they received their alcohol.
