Will I need expert witnesses for my Rhode Island wrongful death case?

Return to Videos

Transcript:

In a Rhode Island wrongful death case, it is almost always necessary to have expert witnesses. It is necessary to prove that the conditions which caused the death were the result of someone else’s negligence. Often that requires an expert to prove. In addition, some of the damages that were sustained by the deceased person’s estate have to be computed by an economist who is also an expert witness.
